 Manage the entire gamut of company’s sales and marketing activities to increase market penetration, strengthen brand loyalty, achieve sales targets, and increase profitability by setting short and long term plans and using innovative tactics.


  • Set and implement annual sales and marketing plans to increase market share, sales revenue, and increase profitability.
  • Set commercial department objectives and individual targets for sales and marketing teams, monitors performance and provide directions to ensure Company’s goals are achieved.
  • Analyse consumer behaviour and market trends to determine the appropriate product range, features and specifications that meet consumer needs and hence, provide a competitive advantage to the Company’s products.
  • Keep current on competition activities, understand products introduced, prices, and promotions and recommend changes to sales and marketing plans to increase Company’s market share.
  • Prepare SWOT analysis to capitalize on business opportunities and take proactive steps to minimize risks to the business.
  • Establish systems to ensure all customer complaints are addressed and resolved promptly, and devise mechanisms to measure and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Open new sales and distribution channels and maintain strong dealers’ network to ensure continuous sales growth.
  • Monitors product movement and take appropriate actions to liquidate stocks of any slow moving item / products
  • Maintain and develop strong relations with dealers through regular visits, organizing events, giveaways, marketing material, and incentives to increase their support to the company’s products.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of marketing activities / material and recommend improvements
  • Liaise with products managers on required changes in the product features, price structure, offers & promotion to ensure our brands maintains a competitive advantage in the market.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the department team to emphasis on objectives, set priorities, review progress and resolve problems.
  • Prepare and present regular activity reports on commercial department activities and achievements.
  • Identify manpower requirements, training needs, and measure performance of the department personnel in line with the established policies.
  • Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the management
