They are looking to appoint a Head of Projects to be an ambassador for the company in Brazil and oversee a mega scale civil engineering project with a budget of over $200m
JOB SUMMARY
- As Project Head you will have overall responsibility for the project including QHSSE.
- You will direct and co-ordinate all work during the various phases of the Project and ensure that it is delivered in a timely and safe manner within budget and in accordance with contract requirements and specifications.
- You be responsible for execution in accordance with Board directives, the Project requirements and will have overall Project Management Responsibility.
- You will communicate this entire Project Execution Concept between, the Board, the Head of Projects, the Project Task Force and the Heads of the Disciplines involved.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- A University Degree in Human Resource Management.
- Mandatory over 10 years’ experience in a similar role, in a large manufacturing or agribusiness organization, managing over 2,500 workers in multiple sites.
- Strong personality with avid resilience, open to feedback and performs exemplary in high pressure environments.
- Demonstrated thrift, Organization Management and Excellent Communication skills.
- Must have demonstrated Experience and Sound Knowledge in Employment Legislation in Kenya and Industrial Relations Management.
