Our client is a leading IT services and consulting firm with ambitious but realistic growth plans

They are looking to appoint an exceptional  Sales Director (Arabic Speaker) to lead and take full responsibility for the Business Development and Sales function of the company.and play a pivotal role in the development and growth of the organization over the coming years.

Reporting to the CEO you will :

  • Lead  the IT Solutions and Services Sales function.
  • Develop existing and new clients within the Public Sector, Finance & Banking, Oil & Gas, Healthcare and Manufacturing industries among others.
  • Develop the Marketing Strategy, Managing and growing the Sales function.
  • Cultivate business initially in the Saudi market followed by the GCC region.
  • Manage and lead sales negotiations.


  • At least 10 years of IT Sales experience.
  • Previous experince in developing and executing a complete sales strategy
  • Experience selling B2B IT Solutions and Services within the Middle East.
  • Candidates must have experience managing end to end IT & IT Services Sales cycle.
  • Experience with developing new business and cultivating existing relationships.
  • Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
  • Candidates must be fluent in Arabic (written and oral)
  • Must have experience in the Saudi market

Candidates must demonstrate a track record of sales and business development achievement.
