Our client is a fully fledged Market Leader in the Real Estate industry in Kenya.
Reporting to the Board of Directors and Group MD, the successful candidate will based in Nairobi and will manage teams of 50+ people.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing a fully-fledged Real Estate agency.
- Managing the Profit and Loss.
- Support new residential sales and letting business units.
- Support new property development projects.
- Expand the commercial leasing business.
- Developed an outstanding reputation among clients throughout East Africa.
- Initially focus on Kenya and gradually concentrate on the East Africa expansion strategy.
- Develop new franchising business model.
- Open new branches for the agency in the region.
- Hire sales teams.
- Improve existing business and grow the market share.
KEY DELIVERIES
- Achieve bottom-line profits of $10m+ by 2020
- Build a reputed Africa brand.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Thorough knowledge of the Property market in East Africa.
- At least Ten years of strategic selling experience with solid results preferably in the property market with excellent administration and management skills.
- Knowledge of business and sales principles of strategic selling and coordination of marketing projects and resources.
- A relevant university degree.
- Customer and personal selling skills, able to quickly identify customer needs, meet quality standards for services and evaluate customer satisfaction.
- Self-starter and articulate able to generate own leads or close sales on provided leads.
- Prior interaction with a network of High net-worth individuals.
- A people person with an entrepreneurial disposition.
