LOCATION :: BAHRAIN
Our client is a multi- branded retailer representing some of the largest names on the high street.
The business is enjoying consistent YOY growth and as a result has created the position of General Manager – Fashion to underpin growth and ensure compliance with the very highest retail standard.
Reporting to the board (and ultimately the owner) you will be responsible for delivering budgetary and sales targets through motivating and developing operations managers, consistently exceeding your KPIs.
You will also monitor and control compliance in all areas, including customer care, stock management and loss prevention,
A large part of your time will be spent dedicated to training and development of staff to ensure the highest standards are maintained at all times.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You will be a seasoned retailer with a keen eye on the detail and the ability to inspire and motivate your people, you’ll know how to drive sales and ultimately profit by understanding how to influence the supply chain.
You’ll be expert in managing a multi-cultural team driving performance to new heights.
At least 10 years previous experience in senior management position is essential.
