JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client, a leading supplier and producer of high quality products in the flexible packaging and horticultural industry for the African Market is looking for a Junior Sales Executive.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyse and understand the Import market and cycle of horticultural goods.
- Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be customer focused and have the ability to drive sales.
- Must have over 4 years of Sales Experience in the Horticultural Market.
- Must have experience is selling flower packaging or chemicals to flower growers for a minimum of 3 years.
- Get new clients by networking and prospecting
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve targets for sales growth and revenue.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and persuasively.
- A good sense of business with good organizational skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and often under pressure
- Ability to take initiative and be pro-active.
- Must have experience in Sales with flower packaging companies for a minimum of 3 years.
- Must have a relevant University Degree.
- Proficient in computer operations and working experience of SAP ERP software.
- Well groomed, excellent communication and presentation skills.
