Our client is in FMCG industry and they are looking to hire a Marketing Development Manager.

  • Responsible for achieving budget, reporting and Strategic Plans recommendations in respective markets
  • Responsible to set up RTM, with distributors and wholesalers network
  • Building strong, mutually beneficial relationships with distributors, liquor retail
  • Monitoring and reporting competition in the market
  • Ensuring optimum distribution and visibility of our brands
  • Planning and coordinating training & education programs for the distributor network
  • Controlling and managing contracts for distribution agreements
  • Monitoring supply chain to ensure smooth market supply
  • Best execution of Brand Plans with distributors and local trade.
  • Active involvement in new product launches
  • Monitoring distributors Key Performance Indictors
  • Promote the company’s culture within distributors
  • Strong knowledge of local market and culture
