JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Client is a IT Software Solutions Provider for the Banking Sector and is looking for a Sales Manager.
– Responsible for Developing, Managing and maintaining relationships with banks, financial institutions.
– Generate leads through various channels such as cold-calling , networking & other prospecting techniques.
– Developing Relationships with key decision makers & senior executives.
– Analyse & understand customer acumen’s and the trends of the market and adapting strategies accordingly.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
-At least 10 years Sales experience in selling IT solutions/ products , with a proven track record of achieving / exceeding Annual Sales Targets.
– Excellent Knowledge of Banking as well as Trade Finance / Risk/ Loans/ Investment Management.
– Have a strong network with the BFSI sector and have very strong existing relationships with key banking & financial institutions.
– Must be able to proactively manage the entire sales cycle and be able to handle multiple responsibilities at once.
– Must have excellent client facing and interpersonal skills.
– Be able to deliver presentations to C level executives.
